Well im starting to put the tranny back in the car; Im installing a Red line torque converter, along with the transgo shift kit. And I have a couple questions about the torque converter to tranny seal.
Ok, i've already replaced the driveshaft main seal (between the tranny tail and the driveshaft, when I also noticed another seal where the Torque converter and the tranny mate. Should I replace that TC to tranny seal as well ?
Is it a place where leaks are common?

Ok, finally figured out where the rear main seal is at, between the engine and flex plate. What I ended up taking out (in the first post) was the transmission pump seal out (between the Torque converter and transmission mate).
there seems to be some noticeable oil drops from the back of the engine, that's what needs replacing (rear main seal).
