I originally had a C4 in my 68 with 351W and changed that out to an 89 Grand Marquis AOD (using the stock Torque convertor ). I pulled out my AOD last night getting prepped for a T5 conversion. Does anyone know if I can use the modified transmission brace from the AOD for the T5 conversion?

anything is possible with a grinder and welder; looks like my t-5 brace.

i know the c4 and the 4 speed is the same .i would try it, i would think the t5 and AOD would be the same

yep, that's what I have in my car now. Just double check trans and pinion angles or you may notice vibrations at higher speeds.
