How do I figure out what kind of transmission I have?

I've got an 01, production was Oct 00'. I just need to confirm that it's not a 3650.

date wise it sounds like a t45

the codes in your door will tell you if you put em through a decoder.

VIN/VCL Decoding for 94+ Mustangs
Ck the sticker on the driver's side door post - under "TR" heading, with a manual, you'll either have a "K" for a TR-3650 or "6" for a T-45.

i think the tr-3650 began in feb 01. you should have a t-45

That's what I always thought, just had to make 100% sure.
