Can these be put on to our cars?

I know the 232 is basically the same block as the 302, but are the bellhousings the same?

Are the input shafts different between the 232 and the 302?

from what i've read some of the 3.8's have a 5.0 bellhousing on it so it may all piece back together perfectly.. but then again it may not.
