trick flow question

well as i reported in my lengthy talk thread, i have a vaccum leak, and its the upper plenum...dez (big cheese at dez racing) said that he had a used trick flow intake that the guy who was selling wanted like $275 for...is this a good deal???....i know nothing about trick flow stuff....the intake in question is a street heat series i believe....what kind of power would i gain adding this intake to a stock setup...only exhaust mods here....would i see like 15-20 WHP??...would adding a 65mm TB, and a 70mm MA help me see even more WHP??...how about addding 24#ers??? would this give me enough grunt to see some 13's on street tires??? any help would be greatly appreciated, thanx

Thats a resonable deal. New they are around 375-400. So if it is in good shape and all hardware is included then I say buy it. It flows just as good as the performer and other street intakes. You should be near the 13's as you are with great driving the intake would prob. knock off a couple to three tenths in quarter.
