You're not going to notice much of anything with that cam until you either swap out those heads or have the stock one's ported. The bottle neck in SBF's is the heads. Get the heads to breath and watch the cam come to life. You'd be better off spending the money on gears first.
As far as having someone do it for you, it all depends on who you talk to. Its all labor. If the guys competent it won't take more then an afternoon.
Pick up a manual and do it yourself. Its how the rest of us learned.
