I am about to install the heads and it came with arp head bolts. The trick flow guide says nothing about using oil on the threads it just says to use some thread sealer then has a torque sequence of 35 50 70 then 10 more on the top bolts. Then the little paper that came with the arp bolts said to use arp moly lube and torque to 60 ft lbs. So which should i do??

I think i am going to use the arp bolts and do what the trick flow instructions say to put permatex on the bolts and them torque them 35-50-70 then 10 more for the top. Does this sound good.

Make sure to put some thead seller on the bottom bolts(the shorter ones)
those bolt are in contact with your coolant. If you dont use seller, you will have coolant leak.

DONT use permatex.......
Use ARP Moly lube(there is a difference between ARPs moly lube and other companies), and then use ARP Teflon Sealer for your bolts that run into your coolant passages.
Also I would not torque them any tighter than ARP recommends, they have spent thousands of hours and hundreds of thousands of dollars developing and testing their products. They are the experts.
