I'm changing the throttle body and spacer from my old stock Ford 5.0 upper intake manifold onto my new Tric Flow upper intake. The four studs that hold the throttle body and spacer from the stock unit are in bad condition from anti-freeze. Is the thread size the same on the Trick Flow as on the stock one. The bolts after I wired brushed them don't go in smoothly. I just want to make sure that there are not metric. Does ARP make a stud kit for this manifold? I have to order new lower intake bolts anyway and I can just add this to the order.
I'm installing the 70mm Accufab T/B with the stainless spacer. It looks real nice on the black Trick Flow manifold.
Thanks for your assistance!!:SNSign:
Took upper intake to local garage today and ran a 5/16" tap through the four bolt holes and they cleaned up real nice. Just had a little burr in there I guess.
Everything bolts up real nice now. Thanks
