trickflow stage 2. the specs are, adv. duration 284. 295. duration at .050" 224/232 and lift is 542/563.

You will notice that the duration on the exhaust side is longer. Power adders usually like split duration cams favoring the Exh side.

However I find they run total different.... I personally was not a huge fan of the Stage II on a customers boost 306. With your combo I would go custom to get the most out of your combo, power and streetabilty, but unless the AFR are the brand new models you'll be swapping valve springs and seals...which is a good idea anyways. I recommed you go to www.flowtechinduction.com Ed can get you a nice cam, and valve train package.

and also I never understood but how do you get a custom cam. Do you just tell someone everything you have done
