i think it is a code for being rich - no O2 fluctuation. was the motor fully warm when you ran the test?
good luck.

Yes the motor was quite warm i had just been crisin around town. I just fixed a leaking injector problem and installed a new Coolant Temp sensor last night. It seemed to be running not too bad but then it started stalling out again.

KEOR 42 - "HEGO (HO2S*) circuit indicates system rich (right HO2S)"

The right side O2 sensor is sensing rich conditions beyond the range of the computer to adapt and fix it with the adaptive strategies of the computer.

That figures i tried changing my 02 sensors earlier this week but i got bosch ones and they were a lot bigger then the ford ones and the right hand side sensor got jammed between the K member and the H pipe and it made the whole car vibrate like crazy when i tried to drive it. So i swaped the old ford one back in. Has anyone else come across this before? Is Ford still producing Theses skinny, smaller sensors?

I just bought 2 Bosch sensors from AutoZone for mine - they were just like the ones that came out. Is it possible you damaged the wiring harness when it was touching? The code says it could be the "circuit" as well - perhaps you simply have a damaged wire(s).
