Trouble Passing Emissions!!

Hello All,

I failed my emissions test today and I ran I check with my Diagnostic Code Reader and came up with the following:

KOEO (Key ON, Engine Off):

#327 - EGR Valve Position (EVP) sensor signal voltage too low. Would replacing the EGR Sensor solve this problem?
