I have finished my install but the car won't start.

The starter is doing everything it can but it just won't fire up?

I sanded the connector for the chip real well... No dashes on the odometer. intercooler pump working properly. No Leaks any where.

Keep sanding the chip and MAKE SURE ALL connections to the computer are snug. The same thing happened to me when I installed my Pcharger.

So as for the bap wiring I did not connect the two wire that run up to the engine compartment. I thought those where for the fuel gauge and I have a Auto Meter.

Do I need to something with those 2 wire?

please read the instructions carefully, those two wires go to the boost switch which must be hooked up(raises fuel pump voltage to 17 under boost).if you did not know what these were for, there is a good chance you wired it wrong.do you hear the fuel pump run for about 2 secs after you turn key on?

Do you have your MAF plugged in? That happened to me when I forgot to hook up my MAF.

I did have that plugged in. I think it might be the BAP wiring....

Check all electrical connections (IAC, IAT, TPS etc) and all the vac/boost hoses.

I believe some KB owners received a corrupted chip. I would see if KB can send you another.
