i heard that the 99 v8 explorer headers are the same as the ford GT and they fit on 94 mustangs gts anyone hear that before or know if its true?

Yes v8 (5.0) exploders/mountquers heads work. The early ones were reg. gt40 heads and the later were gt40P heads.
