Trunk mount battery with a 1 wire Alternator (Non-EFI)

I have a Carb'd car, a 1 wire alternator, and a trunk mount battery. I have read JRichkers posts about how to run the wiring with an EFI car, but i would also like to see how anyone else has done it with a carb'd car.
