if it was english maybe id laugh......as far as im concerned many foriegners have funny accents to begin with....but who knows maybe it doesn't bother me becuz i studied and so far have become semi fluent a mandarin chinese

Ok, ive got a little bit of an explanation of what is going on. This is from a friend:

"dutch show... lady paralized... guy had a simple procedure on his vocal cords that went wrong....

they were trying to explain how they overcame and managed to have a sex life

when the host is laughing he is apologizing the whole time when he talks...

he was unprepared. he explains that later
the porducers said they got last minute guests and he had no time to meet them before hand

now he's a DJ

also the guy in the back was saying how it was not right how he was laughing at others misfortunes... that's why the crowd clapped"
