TSB HELP PLEASE

in reading through the TSB pages, i've located a couple that i feel definitely apply to my vehicle purchased in October 04. Now that i know someone else knows there is a problem. Do i need to make a print out of the TSB and take it in or will the dealerships already be prepared to fix these issues somewhat like a recall? Brakes and Shaker are the issues.

from personal exeperiance its not nessicary to have them printed they have them on there computers but it does make the process quicker if you have them in hand or at least the tsb number

my dealer didnt even find the TSBs i took it in for. then i went to the car and got the printed TSBs off the seat, then they magically found them in the computer. it does help to have the TSBs handy. the TSBs were on the seat or the entire time it was a t the dealer, but they did not see them??? WTF???
