Tune up help

Guys, doing a tune up this weekend, whats the best way to get to the spark plugs closet to the firewall and master cylinder?

On the driver side they're easy (compared to the passenger side). You might try a swivel socket in case the ratchet won't fit in there. For the passenger side, you might try taking off your inlet tube (stock is rubber). Your smog and EGR will still be in the way, but with some finessing and patience you'll get them.

If you have a set of wobble extensions (short and tall) and a good universal swivel joint (I prefer ball-in-socket air tool ones, as they dont bind), you should be ok.

Very well put and those universal swivel ball-in-socket joint sets are a wise investment. Make a lot of work easier plus some good extension too.

I prefer the spark plug socket that is 3/8 drive that has the u-joint attached to it. pep boys has it.

You also need a 1", 2" and a 4" inch extensions for that drive. That way you can get the ratchet to the perfect spot so you can use it. With the 1, 2 and 4, you can get every inch up to 7. And I don't think longer than that will be necessary.
