A sig helps folks help you.

For a stockish car, Autolite or Motorcraft copper plugs work well.

Wires often comes down to personal taste. Note goofy headers you might have.

I use whatever brass terminal cap and rotor I can find. Normally one parts store will have something for me.

Good luck.

Good advice from HISSIN.

I have run Autolite 25s on my Mustangs and have had great luck with them.

I've got a maintenance page going here with an excerpt from the Ford shop manual on the maintenance schedule, feel free to add to it.

You seem to be pretty much stock, Autolite copper plugs, I like the stock cap and rotor from ford, but a bose or similar will be ok, DO NOT CLEAN YOUR K&N unless its caked with dirt, otherwise leave it alone... Most people do not know how to properly clean and reoil them, if you read the K&N directions you will most likly over oil it, and foul the MAF.
Also if you havnt cleaned or replaced the PCV you may want to look into that, This is another piece I buy from ford only. With 78k miles I doubt it's bad, but check it anyway, And finally filters, fuel filter to be exact, I change mine about once a year, again not needed as much as I do it, but i'm weird.
