Mine was under the hood in the fuse box. It was a 60 and 20 watt right beside each other. The second ant third from the right in the top row if you're at the front of car facing the windshield, but I have a 97.
I just got one the other day the tunes were crap. Everytime I'd push in the clutch the rpm's would stay where theey were at for about 7 seconds then fall to 1,500 rpms and stay forever. I sent it back the next day (didn't feel like payin for a dyno tune)
Hopefully you'll have better luck.
On mine it said to disconnect the battery after you were done for 30 seconds.
