Mine was under the hood in the fuse box. It was a 60 and 20 watt right beside each other. The second ant third from the right in the top row if you're at the front of car facing the windshield, but I have a 97.
I just got one the other day the tunes were crap. Everytime I'd push in the clutch the rpm's would stay where theey were at for about 7 seconds then fall to 1,500 rpms and stay forever. I sent it back the next day (didn't feel like payin for a dyno tune)
Hopefully you'll have better luck.
On mine it said to disconnect the battery after you were done for 30 seconds.

I did not pull mine. I also ignore the WDS/IDS at work when it says to do the same thing.
The reason they want you to pull them is to prevent the battery from dying durring programming. it is a BIOTCH to get it right again if that happens.

agreed, if your battery is pretty good you shouldnt have to remove the fuses, but if your worried about it at all just pull em, only takes a sec.

I remember seeing something on sctflash.com about this. It was mainly intended for the Ford Focus. It takes like 3-4 minutes to flash that car so they prefer you pull the fan fuse so the fan doesn't stay on for the whole 3-4 mins and drain your battery. On Mustangs, we are done in about a minute so it's no big deal. If your battery is halfway decent, it won't die on your during the flash.

They tell you to pull the fuel pump fuse so it not dumping fuel the whole time you are tuning it.
I have a predator and had a superchip tuner on my old truck and never pulled any fuses on either. Never had a problem
