Tuner or headers and o/r x pipe?

Hey guys i have a 97 gt 5 speed with simply a intake exhaust and under drive pulleys. I'm looking for some gains in my top end and not too sure what to do in my situation. Which is a better purchase and will give me better overall performance and also which will give me more top end, SCT Tuner, or BBK long tube headers and o/r x pipe? Let me know what you guys think

Long tube and x pipe will give you the gain you're looking for but you will need the tuner to turn off the x pipe and to have the tune corrected to the long tubes....so save up and get them all at once
