Tuning for my turbo car

Hey guys, It's seems like my car is running rich but not positive but I wanted to know what is the best way to tune a car myself. I have a timing adjuster, so can I get a MAFter Burner. Or should I get a standalone. The car is basically a street car and will prob stay a street car. Any suggestion on set-ups for a turbo car. Thanks

There are a couple of self tuning options out there but I think I'm going to buy the one from EFI Solutions. Tim at modularfordpowerhouse.com sells the self tuning flashers if you are interested.

That EFI tuner is the one I'm getting too. I found it on another site but if T&J sells it then even better. Here's where I found it though.
