I just installed an Diablo Predator tune and modified the tune to fix my speedo, and Advanced my timing to 10 according to the tuner.

I run 93 octane and hear no pinging, Is it okay to run this tune everyday or will is wear the car out? Or should I run the stock tune switch to the tune untill raceday? Also I did not modify the air/fuel mixture and the Air/Fuel Meter pegs out at rich at Wide Open Throttle with no Cats. (as if the fuel smell didn't give that away)

Keep running the Predator tune. Your gaining some extra power with it. That's the whole point of the tune.

Well, as long as you don't hear pinging, you can proably advance the timing even more. 10* isn't hardly advanced at all.

A/F wise, if you're rich at WOT, why not lean it out some? Is that judging by a wide band, or a narrow band, or the data logger, or what?

Keep it. You gained power in exchange for a little less emission control and a little less tolerance to 'not so good' gas.
