Another question, are your brakes supposed to suck after FI because there's is no vacuum or whatever? They may just have to re-bled. I'll be getting back to the head gasket after the weekend.
There is a one-way check valve on the booster that should keep the brakes from seeing pressure. Keep in mind though, with more power comes more demand on the brakes.

As for the gaskets, I’d just go with some fel-pro 9333’s or 8548’s…throw in some ARP head studs and call it a day. They’ll hold far more power than the stock block will allow…and will still act like the fuse they are. Cometics will require you to re-machine the heads and block to a finer RA…and you’ll lose that safety net.
