Which is easier on the motor and easier to control as a daily driver. Im getting ready to order one or the other, just cant make up my mind. Not worried about price differences just want something that is reliable.

none of them are easy on the motor.
what you want is a low psi on either a sc or turbo. which in turn is not worth the money to go low on the psi.
and trust me price does make a difference. cause to get the most and best performance out of either one. you have to do other mods. like beef up your fuel system, MAF etc.. everything adds up.
but in the end the choice is up to you.
maybe someone else can shine more light on this.

Turbo is going to be easier on the motor and have better manners on the street. A turbo car will drive and idle like a stocker until you get into the go pedal, and it uses exhaust gases to spin it, unlike a supercharger which puts lots of pressure on the snout of the crank. Get a turbo kit and you wont be dissapointed, turbos rule the world.

i got a vortech for now later on when i build my r-302 block i am gonna be looking for 15-20lbs of boost. i might be looking into a turbo then. as for now 10lbs with the vortech will have to do.

if money is no problem then turbo is the definte answer. It provides gobbles of boost, great up top power, and doesnt put as much pressur eonm the crank like tt93 said. However wiht any power adder situation, yopur going to have to factor in the fuel system, maf, upgraded suspenison (optional), and better h/c/i to go along with that power adder.

oh ya iand i forgot to mention that inlike a supercharger where you have to have different belts and pulleys to change boost levels, you just simply turn a dial with a turbocharger to make street use very possible.

with turbos since the power is alot more you better have a strong lowend, the stock 302 block even with a main support girdle isn't going to last too long, those caps will walk sooner or later. If money was no object i would go for a dart block with a main support running a tt setup.

goto www.turbomustang.com and go read there forums. There are lots of guys on there running a TT Setup on the stock longblock and still be reliable.

Yep thats very true, Barry D. has been 10.30's with the stock block/internals and it lasted quite a while! As long as you aren't going over 500 rwhp you should be ok, as long as you have a good tune.

Don't count out ProCharger.. like was stated before it's easier to adjust the boost on a turbo but ProChargers are putting out very similar power numbers.
