What if I get twin with larger turbos, will that help with top end?.. I guess V-motor should go with Twin setup? My buddy has a large single in his 98 supra and that thing will dip you on the highway..Do you think my stock motor, clutch, tranny, and irs can handle the power at the track or everyday driving?..I'm not planning on gunnin this thing every chance I get.. but its good to have--thanks for your help

two small twins will give you more than enough power. you don't need big turbos to make alot of power, unless you want something crazy like 1500rwhp.

your stock pistons and rods won't handle much more than 400rwhp. the tranny maybe 500rwhp. the clutch will need replaced for the best performance. swap the IRS for a solid axle.

What dmstang LOL...dude your 03 cobra internals will handle 800+RWHP...tranny will hold a little over 600-700RWHP with a different input shaft and a spec stg 3 clutch...rearend needs to be upgraded to a 8.8 with auborn and full 31 spline equipment...You may want to go with the next spline up like 36.

like said in the other thread, the TTs would be much more predictable and wouldnt hit so hard and suddely as the single...go here www.turbochargedpower.com and look at their cobra TT kit...thats the one you want, and they are mounted under the bumper but the sigles are right in front of the engine and produce alot of heat, combined with the heat of the engine wouldnt be a good idea. HPs TTs are a very good system and thats what i will be getting, but 600-650RWHP is my goal. Just be careful when getting into the boost. BWT about the TTs vs the singles, the TTs hit at a low RPM (meaning quicker power and less of an intial power burst as the RPMs are lower= more control) the single will take longer to spool up and resultingly will hit harder and more suddenly as it brings the power up to where it should be, but since your further in the RPM range at that point you have more power hitting...so basically the TT kit will beat teh single in a drag race at the track. Hope that helps.
