Probably about 100,000 dollars to get into the 13s...
Seriously, its gonna depend on where you find deals and what parts you use, its different for everyone. Also, it depends on how good you are with a wrench, it could be a lot of work, or it could be simple. How good are you? Do some searches and read some peoples webpages. That should help you get an understanding.

I think $100K is a bit much for a 2.3 turbo into even the 13's. There are quite a few people around these sites that have done that much cheaper.

I will bet that you can hit 14's for less than $3000. It depends a lot on your ability to find stuff and good deals. Many people that have done the swap get the 2.3 turbo engine from the JY and put it right into their car with few problems.

What kind of car are we talkin? How well do you drive? How heavy?

The first turboford I really started messing with ran high 13s to low 14's at 98 mph with basically just a K&N and 3" downpipe. I probably had some sort of intercooler. I do remember driving it for a year or 2 with a TC intercooler in the stock location, which is a bad idea.

60' times were horrible. In the 2.0-2.5 range so with a descent driver getting good 60's, a 2.3t should run descent numbers. If not at least in the 14's, have some one punch you in the face REALLY hard.

No problems here man, sarcasm is not always easily transmitted through the internet. Smileys do help a bit though, even if I hardly use them.
