I have a 98 GT thats stock other than a couple after markwt mufflers, if i were to install a turbo kit how would my exhaust work? Would i only have one pipe going out with cats on that one pipe? I like the look of the dual exhaust how would i be able to retain that?

Single or twin turbos? If it's a single, you could still run "dual" exhausts out the back, after you fabbed a y-pipe downstream of the turbo. Cost and space considerations are viable reasons for keeping the current exhaust, even with the single turbo.

Yeah If I did turbo it would only be a single turbo, how would i deal with the deletion of 02 sensors on one side? I assume it would be better to attach the turbo to the side without the egr correct?

You still have to have o2's for each side, usually in the pipe just after (or in) the headers you use or fab. Most turbo kits will require an aftermarket K member to clear all the additional piping.

You're going to need a tune anyway so scrap the egr and get some stuff out of the way.
