Turn my ignition off, then back on = surging idle

After car warms up and I turn my ignition off for a sec (under five min), then go to start it back up and I get the surging idle problem and it will die. Any ideas?

What kind of coolant temps are you seeing when this occurs?

from cold restart to 210 i would say
