Turn signal HELP!!!

I have a question...my tail lights are flipping out, when i turn on the headlights i have no problems with the running lights, however when i step on the brake or turn on the turn signal(which blinks fast usually telling me about a bulb) only the middle light will get bright, i just need to know if it is maybe the bulbs or the maybe the flasher unit under the dash? or if it could be something else...any help would be great, thank you!

disregard it turned out to be just the bulbs...in an ironic fasion of burning out

I would have never thought that all those bulbs burned out.Strange.I thought (wiring issue).You probably had at least one or 2 bulbs out for awhile before this.
