I need to replace my turn signal switch to get my windshield wipers to work correctly in my Base 95. I have now bought 2 MFS switches so far and both of them have an extra pin in the big connector making it so I cannot connect it to the harness. I have "slaved in" the new switch to the wipers and it does work, so I know the switch is my problem. What does that extra pin do? Can I just cut the pin out? Is there one out there without that pin?
Thanx in advance.

Do you have a Part Number or link to the correct switch? I have returned it, but I need the correct switch.

Here is the link to the one I bought in the picture: Here

As you can see, the pics on the page look correct and exactly what I need. This is the second time this has happened from 2 different sellers.

I would go to rockauto.com, they are a vendor here, look for a discount in the vendor forums.
Is your part number on the old switch match these:
Alternate/OEM Part Number(s): 88923807, F4ZZ13K359A, F4ZZ13K359AA, F8ZZ13K359AA, F8ZZ13K359AB, SW1155

There is no part number printed or molded on the old part.

Those are the part numbers according to rockauto.com. Where are you getting these switches from?

Amazon, I posted a link in response #3.

In fact, the first one I purchased had those part numbers listed in the ad.

Can't help that, it's still the wrong switch, run over to O'Reilly 's and compare yours to what they have.

I went over there. They have 3 different Part numbers that they carry. They ordered all 3. Will see what they get when they come in. Thanks for the help.

Got the issue resolved. Wound up picking up this switch HERE. It plugs in perfectly (the 2 missing pins in the big connector are not installed in the car side) and everything is solved.

Thanks for the help.
