Is there any difference in turn signal switch itself, between fixed steering column and tilt steering
column besides price.? Is it wire lenght? The fixed column is higher then the tilt column . Why the price difference.

I am currently converting to the Ididit Tilt Column. The turn signal switch is identical to the original fixed column switch.

Not sure that an Ididit column uses the ford turn signal ,seems like all the components are GM .I have an Ididit column ,i would have to look and see.

The switch in my Ididit is identical to the switch in the factory column. They are likely from the same manufacturer. GM switches tend to use ribbon cable while the Ford has individual wires.

Mine is GM ,but it was bought a few years ago so they must have started using Ford switches now .
