Turn Signals Not Working

Since I've gotten my car back together, my turn signals and hazards don't work. The rear lights come on when I turn on the lights, but they don't get brighter when I step on the brake and the 3rd brake light doesn't light either. Any ideas of what's wrong?

check your connections and your fuses. i've never heard of both burning out just sitting there so i don't think it would be the bulbs. make sure you have everything grounded properly.

I had the exact same problem and it turned out to be a blown fuse. I was replacing my clutch cable and somehow hit something hot and fried the fuse. My blinkers, hazards, and brake lights didn't work until I found it.

Unfortunately I forget which one it is but that's definately what you're looking at.

I bought my car knowing the turn signals didn't work, thinking it was a minor project. Took it to the ford dealer and they had to order a special turn signal box for $150. They said there was a relay missing or something, and labor was like $500 or something outrageous like that. They had to work on it all day. Weird thing was though.. my hazards worked and so did my brake lights and everything. Just the turn signals..
Foglights don't work either but i'm not sure if it's a wiring issue or just bulbs (i'm no electrician).

Its that expensive lubricant Ford uses -- you know, the lubricant they use right before they bend you over...
