Check for power in and out of fuse F2.34, F2.2, and F2.8 with the key in the "run" position. Use a KNOWN good ground. Where to go next depends upon which fuse have power and which do not.

1999-2004 BJB CJB fuse panel layout:

IF no power in fuse F2.34 suspect a blown fuse or bad ignition switch.
IF power in fuse F2.34 and no power in fuse F2.2 and F2.8 suspect a CCRM problem.

However I suspect that you have a bad ignition switch. In addition I suspect that you will find that fuse F2.34 will have power in the "ACC" position (it should not have power in ACC. only power in run and start).

Note, replacement of the ignition switch does not require PATS to be reprogrammed.
