h8my408 was using that same setup on his 351w. they fit great. nice and extremely tight.
you'll have to take the water pump pulley off to get them in, and the fans will sit between the pulleys. also you need to install from below, because it's a very very tight squeeze. once the fan setup is in, it works great. but dont wire it to constant because they suck the battery dry.
