Is there any way to fix the driver seat in my mustang? its got the typical lean to it like all 5.0s do? well they arent actually for my mustang im looking at buying them and the only problem is the drivers seat leans, they are coming out of an 84 and going into a 88.

I'm not sure what you mean by "typical lean". If the seats are in good shape, there should be no lean at all.

Sounds like the seats you're looking at may have a broken spring, which is common in well-used Fox-body seats, particularly the standard buckets (non-articulated) seats.

Generally,there's a weld on the driver side right shoulder area of the seat back (metal frame in side the seat back).It can be disassembled and re-welded,or,like I did,go to the salvage yard,pull the metal seat frame for the back out and reassemble your covers and foam.easier to do than explain.LOL.It cost me $5.00 total,and about 20 minutes taking my time.As I said,if you have access to a welder,it can be rewelded.Just make sure that the seat back is in just the right position before welding,because when the "lean" is there,it can bend the seat back somewhat.

well it just seems that 70% of the 5.0s in my area have that certian lean to them, but if it is a springs is that an easy fix?

I doubt it's the spring.If you can find a Fox Body Thunderbird or Cougar,the seat back is the same,you just need to remove the little bracket on the top that the Bird's (or Cougar's) seatbelt loop screws to.That takes about a minute.
