Two Questions

my first question is what are the two sensors called that have the arrows pointed at them, and should i replace them before i put my manifold on my new bottom half? the second question is for the last couple of days i have been trying to take this piece off with no success. i have been spraying it with WD40 for a few days and it won't budge. i don't wanna break it but i wanna paint the manifold so it would be nice to take it off for that.

On the right looks to be the ACT (Air temp for the computer)
The other is the ECT (coolant temp for the computer)

That fitting can be a bear. Good luck.

I hit stuff like that with a big hammer.
