U joint for TKO Yoke

I'm installing a TKO 600 and received a 31 spline driveshaft yoke. The new 31 spline yoke is for a 1330 series u joint and my driveshaft is for a 1310 series u joint. Is there a crossover u joint that I could use?

Honestly man, I dont know what your talkin about. I just did a tko600 and had do everything you have to do. I just went to napa and got a regular 1330 and slapped her in and away she goes lol.

The stock steel driveshaft yoke is smaller and takes a 1310 u joint - the new 31 spline yoke takes a 1330 u joint - there's about a 1/4" difference. This is a pic from someone else here who went on to buy a FMS aluminum driveshaft because they ends up break the end off.

Oh crap. I didnt know that. I bought an aluminum d/s too and just swapped over the 31 spline with a 1330. Sorry I couldnt be more help

I found my issue. Pre 1986 5.0 mustangs and all AOD Mustangs have driveshafts that use the 1310 u joint. 1987 - 1993 t5 Mustangs use the 1330 u joint.
Ford makes a cross over u joint for this issue. M-4635-A
