Yea. The 6'er wheels and tires are better, less rotational mass. I coulda gone faster, but my smog pump was running a little lean.JChalfan said:It's even more impressive that the 6.43 pass was with a stock long block and V6 tires and wheels.
Too bad they don't make those SZFQ-Trim Vortechs any more.

Dude, your wrong. You wouldn't know if its possible or not, I've done it and you haven't...savegoodautonfg said:Enough its all bull **** there's no way you can do that.
Dude, you'd be amazed at how many 5-6 second cars there are out on the street...savegoodautonfg said:Listen man you rarely ever hear of 5 seconds car thats like ridicolous how do you have 977 horsepower?
Powerband is low, I know, I'm running out of fuel up top. I go lean from 9500 rpm on up. My little 850 lb injectors can't take it, I'm building my own set of custom injectors. Using a garden hose nozzle, a marble, and some cryogenically treated teflon tape.Fett said:Why is your powerband so low? With that much boost, I would think your power would come from much higher engine speeds. If you were running 20psi, I could understand your peak being so low.....but at 30+psi...you should be peaking well over 9k.
All I did was coat the block in JB WELD and it holds up finesavegoodautonfg said:Hissin hes a liar i know it.
no 9,000 rpm on ford block.

Fett said:Dump a cup and a half of C.N.P. in your tank, that should get you that extra 80hp....easy.
