UCA mounting bar troubles

Those are crimp nuts on the ends. Make sure they go on smoothly for the first 2-3 turns and then tighten them to the torque specs. They are basically just a fansy lock nut. After being forged they have spots on 2-3 sides punched in very slightly making the inside diameter smaller. This makes it fell like you could be damaging the threads but you won't as long as you get the first threads on straight.

It is extremely difficult to rotate mine, though the first two or three spins were good, i have a two foot wrench on each end and its still tough. Do know what the torque specs are? Could it be doing this because i got the UCAs sandblasted?
