Uninstall/re-install steeda timing adjuster

Can anyone give me some instructions on how to uninstall/re-install steeda timing adjuster for a 2002 GT. Can I do the underdrive pulley's myself as well?I'm having my engine replaced by the dealership, with a new 4.6L but I want to be able to re-install these parts.

Where can I find a used exhaust manifold with the stock h-pipe all the way down to the muffler? I Need these parts too.

Any advise greatly appreciated

I have those just sitting around if you want them my wife would apreciate me getting them out of the garage. I don't need much money for them maybe shipping.
