Update on my 5.0L :)

Well, since I last posted.. I have taken out the motor, had it cleaned, honed to 306 cu at a machine shop and pretty much 50-60% done rebuiilding the motor to how I like. I've pretty much decided on my intake, which is going to be Holley Systemax II or a Edelbrock RPM Performer II, both seem to give me the type of ass hauling power I need...

I got TWO questions:

What size AFR heads and how much? Note: I know the sizes are 185, 205 and 225cc.. which is the biggest I can slap in the 306 motor?

What type of camshaft?

I want the most power I can get from these two components, as I believe their relatively important. I do plan on adding force induction down the road with a NOVI 2000.. and lastly I really would not want to have a rough idle.. but I'll take it if it gives me more power.
 
Oh, I forgot to add a few things...

Engine is prettty good condition roughly 65k original miles.. I know I didn't have to do a rebuild but oh wells :P.. I added some forged internals [the whole rebuild is costin an arm and a leg] and I'm cleaning out the engine bay myself cause it looks pretty dirty haha..

I'm basically going to work and replace just about EVERYTHING on the car before I dump in the engine.. that way I won't get tempted to drive it before its ready.
