Alrighty, heres the scoop on this engine. I bought it down in Miami, Florida from a guy who has a mustang junkyard. Its a 1991 block, I had intended to just swap it out for my anemic breathing 1986 5.0, I started work on the engine in March with a cobra intake swap, upon removal of the stock intake the runners were soaked with oil leading me to believe the engine had some blowby. So I tore it down and inspected everything, Cylinders still had cross hatching so I just ran a bead hone in the cylinder walls and put new moly rings, rod and main bearings, and HV oil pump and Hardened oil pump shaft. That opened the flood gate for what you see now. Next came the Trick Flow Stage 1 camshaft, New roller timing chain, ford racing roller lifters, and ford racing hardened pushrods. I also had the 1991 stock E7 heads rebuilt at this time, then I discovered a Ford dealership that was selling GT40X's for $989! The rest is history :D, I just ordered in the last week the set Chrome shorty headers from summit (yea they will turn blue I know) and the polished valve covers. I purchased a Holley Systemax intake from someone on eBay and got ripped, but my credit card did a chargeback YAY! So I decided to just buy a Trick Flow Track Heat from summit. I can only spend about $800-900 a month on the engine, and I have alot left to buy before I can install it into my vert (Throttle body, EGR plate, and Entire Fuel system) Its getting close to Tax Season too, and I just saw Jeg's has Paxton Novi 1000's for $1699 what a good way to spend my refund!@
