Update on my horn situation...

well turns out its just not my horn that isnt working its also the cruise control that is not working...how do i fix this?is it simple to do or should i take it in to the shop...thanks.

That's more than likely your clock spring causing the problems. It's fairly common on these cars.

It's a fairly straightforward process, but it's very involved. If you are not experienced with working with the clock spring and/or ABS system, you would be better off to take it to a professional.

The multiple ABS module fuses and the horn relay fuse are on separate circuits.

When the horn and cruise control fail simultaneously, that is a classic sign of the clockspring.

It's a $35 part, and the book calls for 0.7 hours. Should be less than $100.
