A cheap, easy upgrade is the 2003/04 SVT cobra radiator, i put that in my saleen with little modification, it seems to run cooler, but I dont have any hard data.

I put a Fluidyne in mine. It was like 389 shipped from HorsepowerFreaks.com at the time. I had to make new holes for the expansion tank as the new radiator was a bit deeper.

Here's a pic of stock vs fluidyne:

These are the part numbers on HorsepowerFreaks:

Ford Mustang (97-04) manual transmission, 2 Row,
#11833
MSRP 469.95
Sale 365.02

Ford Mustang (97-04) 2-Row, Auto Transmission,
#11834
MSRP 499.95
Sale 388.32

They are listed different than Fluidyne's part numbers:
FHP20-97MU 97-04 Mustang 2-Row Radiator
FHP20A-97MU 97-04 Mustang 2-Row Radiator AT

If you use search on HorsepowerFreaks.com with the fluidyne part numbers, it should take you to the correct radiator.

Joe's radiator, the one Saleen Mike posted is the best radiator you can buy for your particular car, hands down, but it is pricey. Go with the Fluidyne if you want a decent radiator at a good price like Shaun.

Shaun, I noticed that radiator at the Crystal Cove show last Saturday but didn’t think to look at the expansion tank mod. Do you have any before/after temp numbers?
