Upgrading from AODE to 5 Speed on a Conv.

Hey, I was just wondering how hard/practical it would be to upgrade a transmition on a 97 GT conv. from Auto to Manual. Would it almost be better to buy a new engine with the tranny included? And finally, what ECU mods would be needed?

Unless youve modded the hell out of that thing youd be better off selling and buying a 5 speed car.

I think a built auto would be a sweet set up. I have my tunner on my car and I love the shifts.
