Umm....you mean me?
If so, yes, they're polyurethane as stated. I put some in my wife's t-top GT last fall. She's got a 308, Edelbrock heads, Typhoon intake, 70mm t-body and spacer, 73mm C&L, Steeda 18 cam, Mac upper and lower control arms, blah blah, etc. Her car hooks almost as good as mine does with the trak-link kit. I'd recommend them any time...

Get a sperical bearing NOT a poly bushing. You're talking about the rear end side or the tq box side?

Sperical bearing not special

UPR and wolfe racecraft make them. They are pricey though. I have UPR ones siting right next to me for when I put my upr dbl adj uppers in and upper tq box reinforcements.

Yeah i'll be adjusting the pinion angle. The angle you set it to depends on what kind of bushings you use. From what I have read for my car 1.5-2* down seems good. I will have 3 sperical bushings and 1 poly/rubber bushing. For you since you have poly bushings I would guess 3* down but maybe Rick 91GT will chime in.

You need an angle finder. I guess you just have to take a measurement to see where you're at, then adjust from there to see where you have to go. I have never done this but i'm willing to learn.

With the car on the ground and (I think) someone in the drivers seat thats about your weight.
