Correct. Depending on how big your mufflers are they can prohibbit you from getting where the bolt goes through the front lower mounting point. I had to drop one side to gain axcess.

Curse, it hooks really good. i dont have adjustables they are standard. the mega bite jr's are adjustable. depending on the rear bolt hole you use they say you can get 70% or 120% more grip....i think those are the numbers.
