UPR K-Member problem

I have a new UPR K-member and coil over kit. I got it all installed and now I have some tire rubbing issues on the passengers side. I measured the wheel base on both sides and the passengers side sits 3/8" father forward than the driver.

At first I thought I'd adjust it since I know it's slotted but it's already as far back as it can go.

Has anyone had any problems with the way these fit or do you think there is something wrong with my car?

I am checking the K-member on my LX because I believe that the previous owner had a tubular K-member in and put a stock one back in before he sold it. I went to Maximum Motorsports web site, and downloaded the instructions on how to square up the K-member. The istructions sseem to be straight forward. Good luck
