UPR Max-Cross sub-frame connectors

I am thinking of buying these sub-frame connectors from UPR and I was wondering if anyone had any experience with this product. I want to make sure it's a quality product, but I also want to know if anyone can tell me if they come with a good set of instructions for installation.
