Urethane Preparation?

hey, i ordered the s281 wing, but mity2 told me urethane needs a lot of prep... does anyone know a site with instructions on how to prepare urethane for painting?? (degreasing process and stuff) thankz alot

i paid. Becayse it needed WAY too much for me to do. But my bodykits, i prepped it myself
